Automation of access rights

If a person or group has to update all documents of a certain type in a specific folder or room, access rights to all documents according to specified rules can be changed. Also locking of documents for further editing can be applied.

Workflow

Extend your document forms with custom-made workflow and get a better overview of status and progress, and save time on manual follow-up procedures. For example, automatic archiving of news documents after 30 days, automatically send mail notifications when a deadline is exceeded or if document status is changed.

Hide/remove/rename QuickPlace functions

If you think some QuickPlace functions are irrelevant, not used anymore or have misleading names, we can help you hide or remove these functions to simplify the usage of the QuickPlace. E.g. you can remove or rename ‘Save as draft’ and ‘Publish as’ if they cause confusion.

Import and export

We offer to develop import/export components of documents from/to QuickPlace and Notes/Domino databases, to/from files or other systems.

HTML forms

HTML forms is an advantage in the following cases, e.g.: need to hide specific information when a document is being read, a form contains many fields, if the form is structures using one or more tables with fields, or if you need to present a page in another way compared to QuickPlace standard presentation.

Multivalue fields

Pop-up/pick-lists in QuickPlace only allow you to select a single value. Selection of multiple values from pick-lists can be implemented by the use of HTML forms.

Dynamic fields

Make field values dependent on other field values or documents, i.e. the valid values of a dependent pick-list are automatically updated upon update of field value or documents of which the pick-list is dependent.

Layout changes in QuickPlace

Opus Neo can assist you in developing and implementing your own graphic design in order to brand the QuickPlace with company logo and color palette in accordance with e.g. your website. The graphic design can either be developed by your company or in collaboration with an external partner and Opus Neo.
