RE-USE DOCUMENT STRUCTURE
If you have created a room structure and functionality for a specific purpose, you may want to reuse the structure with documents etc. in another Place. Or maybe you just want to delete a room including all subrooms, but without going into every single room.
With Neo.RoomManager, it is possible to copy an entire room structure including sub-rooms. So when you have created a good document structure for one project, you can easily re-use it in the next project.

COPY ROOMS ACROSS DIFFERENT PLACES
IBM Lotus Quickr standard functionality includes the possibility of moving a room. Neo.RoomManager extends this functionality and enables you to copy a room within the same IBM Lotus Quickr or copy across different places.
Neo.RoomManager provides you with a number of options to choose from when you copy or move a room:
Inherit the members from your current room including subrooms
Keep the content from the source room, or just keep the document structure
Inherit the design
SECURITY MAINTAINED
Neo.RoomManager does not bypass your current security model. You need Manager Access to both IBM Lotus Quickr (source and destination Place) or you need to be a member of the superuser group to be able to copy a room from one Place to another.

The implementation type for this product is categorized as "Setup & Run" i.e. you need to setup the product in order to use it in your environment.
